Terms and Condition:

1.  All rates are quoted in US Dollar.
2.  The room rates apply for single or double occupancy.

• For the 3 rd party of child below 12 years old, share with parent using existing bed will be charged 10% seasonal 1 bedroom rate / child / night inclusive breakfast
• The extra mattress is available at additional charge USD 50 / night inclusive breakfast and subject to availability

3.  Check In / Check Out
     Check in time 15:00 and check out time 12:00 . Any request for earlier check in is subject to availability

4.  Reservation Guarantee:
     A reservation guarantee of 50% deposit is required at least 2 days after the confirmation and the 50% balance will due as the following condition:

• Low Season  : One week prior to arrival
• High Season : Two weeks prior to arrival
• Peak Season : One month prior to arrival

5.  Cancellation and No show Policy
     Any cancellation received within the following condition is subject to one night cancellation fee.

• Low Season  : One week (7 days) prior to arrival
• High Season : Two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival
• Peak Season : One month (30 days) prior to arrival
  
  No show reservation is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the total room nights reserved

6.  Day Use
     A 50% from the applicable rate is applied for late check out until 06.00 PM . Any extension stays exceeding 06.00 PM consider a full room seasonal charge.

7.  Billing Information
     All payment can be settled either by credit card (with 2,5% additional charge) and by telegraphic bank transfer with transfer fee borne by the client to villa account as the following details;
